5. Artwork & Customer Responsibility

You are responsible for:

  • Ensuring all artwork files are correct, print-ready, and approved
  • Checking spelling, design, dimensions, and specifications

We are not liable for errors in artwork once approved by you.

6. Production & Turnaround Times

  • Production timelines are estimates only
  • Delays may occur due to workload, material availability, or external factors
  • We are not liable for delays beyond our control

7. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed
  • Risk transfers to you once goods are dispatched
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers

8. Returns, Refunds & Reprints

Due to the custom nature of our products:

  • We do not offer refunds for change of mind
  • We will offer reprints or resolutions if:
    • The product is defective
    • The product does not match the approved order

All claims must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

This policy complies with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

9. Intellectual Property
