At Eye Candy Prints Australia, we take pride in delivering high-quality print and signage solutions. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our Returns & Refund Policy carefully.

1. Australian Consumer Law (ACL)

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to meet acceptable quality standards.

2. Custom & Made-to-Order Products

Most of our products are custom printed or made-to-order, including:

  • Vehicle wraps
  • Signage
  • Custom prints
  • Branded materials

Due to the personalised nature of these items:

  • We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind
  • All artwork, dimensions, and specifications must be approved prior to production

3. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order is:

  • Faulty
  • Damaged during delivery
  • Incorrect (not matching your approved proof)

You must notify us within 3–5 business days of receiving your order.

How to lodge a claim:

  1. Email us at eyecandyprints@outlook.com
  2. Include:
    • Order number
    • Clear photos of the issue
    • Description of the problem

Resolution options:

  • Replacement
  • Repair
  • Refund (where applicable)

4. Change of Mind

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect selection
  • Incorrect artwork supplied

5. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled before production begins
  • Once production has started, cancellation fees may apply
  • Completed or dispatched orders cannot be cancelled

6. Proofing & Approval Responsibility

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving:

  • Artwork
  • Spelling and grammar
  • Colours and layout
  • Dimensions

Eye Candy Prints Australia is not responsible for errors once final approval has been given.

7. Shipping & Delivery Issues

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of the product and packaging

We will work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

8. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be:

  • Issued to the original payment method
  • Processed within 5–10 business days

9. Return Shipping Costs

  • Faulty or incorrect items: We cover return shipping
  • All other approved returns (if applicable): Customer covers shipping

10. Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Custom printed products
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Used or installed items
  • Items not in original condition
